How do I undo melds when opponent goes out without gin so that I can add cards to his melds and remeld my hand? I cannot get it to re-form new melds. Also, where is there an explanation of preference options?

Melds are marked with lines. Although own meld lines are not redrawn if melds get changed after laying cards off, correct optimum melds are still auto-recalculated after knocking.
